**Responsibilities**:
Main Responsibilities:

- To provide true and proper information as well as actionable business advice to support Management, KPI's and insuring correct account and financial procedures.
- Work as a strategic business partner with the Plant Manager making decisions when needed from finance or controlling perspective.
- Developing and monitoring the annual plant budget.
- Leading the Monthly Closing process, P&L, Plant reporting and analyzing Monthly results and inventory evolution.
- Expense Monitoring and review with each Plant’s Department, understanding, explaining, and reconciling financial variances.
- Review plant production costs and related Manufacturing Variances
- Ensure accuracy of inventories and fixed assets records.
- Support in the KPIs and Plant Scorecard definition, implementation, and monthly update.
- Production Analysis and cost impact (Manufacturing Result Forecast), Take-Charge Meeting.
- Provide support and participate actively in continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications:
Experience & Technical Knowledge:

- 10 years of experience as Plant Controller, preferably in Pharma environment.
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Finance. MBA in a top Business School is desirable.
- Strong knowledge in Product Costing methodology
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing plant processes
- Finance / Accounting background (Audit, Accounting, Cash, Finance planning)
- Demonstrated experience analyzing and developing costs of manufacturing and delivering of products.
- Demonstrated experience managing ERP in a manufacturing environment. Good knowledge in IT
- SAP R/3 - S4 Expert User is a plus
