**Job Description**:
As Overheads analyst, Finance, FP&A you will be responsible for conducting FP&A activities within the Madrid FP&A team with more focus on the Overhead area concerning annual budgeting, forecasting & standard reporting.

The role primarily is giving support by providing accurate financial information and added value insights to cost center owners & leadership team. Additional support regarding PPM tool, Transformation Office project and ad-hoc business analysis can also be involved. The position will focus on executing and improving standard processes, maintaining internal service levels + adapting to new challenges.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role are:

- Meet deadlines and ensure high quality of work delivered
- Add valuable insights and create presentations to leadership team
- Support the execution of the OVH annual budgeting and forecasting processes in the region for Pallets, Automotive & Pallecon businesses.
- Support the team with enhancements of existing reports to support the Business
- Work together with Controllership to be aligned on processes, reporting, key impacts.
- Collaborate with other departments looking for efficiencies and synergies
- Assist on important projects such as PPM
- Execution of other business support & analysis activities to efficiently serve internal customers, added value analysis of business performance, risk & opportunities
- Drives the delivery of FP&A outputs based in Madrid to maintain internal service levels

What we look for:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting or in a relevant finance technical discipline
- _ Desirable: Master’s Degree (e.g. Finance, Business Administration, Accounting)_
- 2-5 years of Finance Planning & Analysis experience preferably in complex multinational businesses within Finance roles including Accounting expertise
- Solid understanding of FP&A processes
- Advanced Data Analysis/BI tools (PowerBI)

Languages:
English fluency, any other EU language would be highly evaluated.

Preferred Level of Work Experience

3 - 5 years
