**Mission**:
The aim of this position is to manage the PLM / SAP integration & coordination and the Projects profitability trazability with serial production.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define BOM & BOP standard structure in PLM to be usable in factory SAP BOM & routings.
- Train Project Product & Process engineers to define properly BOM & BOP in PLM.
- Guarantee proper definition of BOM & BOP in PLM.
- Industrial PLM support.
- Arbitrate between Projects & Plants when discrepancies on definitions.
- Follow-up monthly reports on Projects Margin slippage and collaborate with Departments in margin slippage analysis and actions.
- Coordinate projects load in new margin slippage SAP and
- Responsible to improve margin slippage tools.

**What we are looking for**:

- University Degree (Mechanical Engineering or similar).
- English and Spanish (High level).
- Experience in similar functions (5 years).
- Expert in SAP, industrial and engineering transactions.
- Teamcenter (PLM tool) and Process engineering knowledge (for Automotive sector).
- Cost calculation and profitability knowledge.
- Communication, Leadership, Team management, Negotiation and Organizational skills.
- Decision maker capability
