**Role Description**

Energiot seeks a proficient Senior Electronic Engineer with a specialization in Product Development. Based in Barcelona, you will have the liberty of partial remote work. As the leader in electronic design and development, you will be instrumental in steering the IoT evolution of our devices. Your role spans a spectrum of activities from overseeing the entire hardware development process and guaranteeing device dependability to procuring essential certifications. Collaborating with multiple departments, your strategic decisions will significantly influence our product's trajectory in the market.

**Qualifications Required**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electronic, Electrical, Industrial, or Telecommunication Engineering.
- Profound expertise in PCB design tools.
- Mastery in microcontroller programming, with a focus on Texas Instrument SoC.
- Languages: Fluent in both English and Spanish.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Helm R&D projects in IoT in collaboration with electric companies.
- Lead a dedicated team of 3-5 engineers, steering the design and development of next-gen self-powered IoT products.
- Oversee intricate PCB designs and circuitry.
- Supervise the coding process for microcontrollers.
- Forge and maintain robust relationships with clients and suppliers, ensuring product relevance and superior service delivery.

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- A proactive, autonomous, and accountable attitude.
- Demonstrated acumen in managing client relations and robust communication skills.
- A basic grasp of 3D design and proficiency in COMSOL simulation (optional).
- Hands-on experience with wireless communication protocols such as LORA, SigFox, I2C, among others.
- Familiarity with cloud and IoT services, especially Amazon Web Services and Azure.
