Qualifications:

**Education, Training & Professional Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Mathematics. MBA and/or certifications a plus.
- 3 - 5 years in financial analysis, pricing, or a logistics-related role with experience in system transformations.
- Highly proficient computer skills in Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Ability to work independently and take on ownership of projects.
- Experience in financial statement analysis and financial modeling.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management tools (Salesforce, etc) strongly preferred.

**Primary Responsibility**:
**Essential Functions**:

- Work with cross functional teams (Engineering, IT, FP&A, PMO, Transport, etc.) to build detailed KPI’s/metrics reporting to enable a better understanding of the business.
- Provide regular reporting on customer level data to primarily European central finance teams.
- Provide insights to enable data standardization across sites on key metrics.
- Act as Commercial Finance product owner in reporting system transformation project
- Other duties and ad hoc analysis as requested.
- The role requires a maximum of 40% travel.
