The position as PMO Manager for an Integrated Product Team (IPT) within Eurodrone (d/f/m) will act as PM business partner to the IPT Leader to drive implementation of required PM services and exercise the programme governance within that perimeter. The successful applicant will join the “Eurodrone Programme Management Office PDT/IPT” and will be part of the Eurodrone PMO team.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**

As PMO Manager for an Integrated Product Team (IPT), you
- Set up and drive a strong project governance on IPT level
- Integrate and analyze the programme baseline wrt. IPT scope, time, cost, quality, risk & opportunities and resources.
- Manage risks and opportunities with a dedicated focus driving a risk burn-down strategy
- based on efficient mitigation planning and tracking
- Integrate, synchronize and maintain the integrated planning within the IPT and across all IPTs
- Drives efficient communication and interface management within the IPT and with the other IPTs/PDTs and L1s organizations
- Support the programme performance management and ensures respective IPT contributions to programme reviews and the digital control room (DCR)
- Set up and manages a central action tracking and information / collaboration management
- Drive and support an anticipation and delivery mindset and push continuous improvement on IPT and programme level
- Integrate and collaborate across all L1 / PDTs to ensure proper alignment and management of interdependencies
- Actively promote and drive PMO organization towards new PM business partner model with a focus on guidance, simplification and anticipation

**Desired skills and qualifications**
- Proven programme and/or project management (office) skills (4-6 years, Airbus PM certification silver/bronze level or PMI PMP certification)
- Proven experience with complex products, in best case for aircraft systems (4-5 years)
- Proven process, methods & tools skills (trainings, years of experience with UP Dev, ARM, office, confluence/jira or similar)
- Proven soft skills / networking skills (What have you socially initiated?)
- Proven flexibility (number of sites worked on / companies worked with; number of countries worked in; number of functions worked with)
- Diversity counts: Why are you different and thereby offer an additional value to the team?
- Proven self-motivation and creativity (examples where you have been creative resulting in a finished product of whatever kind w/o an available recipe)
- Proven customer focus, result orientation and anticipation mindset
