RESUMEN DEL PUESTO:
El formador Trabajará con el Director de Educación de Marca para asegurar la consistencia en el servicio de la marca e impulsar la productividad y las ventas de todas las tiendas de la marca en IBERIA.

Entre sus funciones principales esta persona deberá liderar con el ejemplo, elevar el nível del servicio al cliente, potenciar las habilidades de venta, ofrecer conocimiento del producto, conocer y promover el buen uso de redes sociales y proporcionar técnicas de venta.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

- Formación en el punto de venta
- Visitas a los centros asignados evaluando el cumplimiento de los estándares de servicio al cliente, herramientas de ventas, conocimiento de producto, habilidades artísticas y desarrollo formativo global de los vendedores. Fijación de objetivos al equipo del stand y consecución de resultados.
- Análisis de datos numéricos del stand (Media de unidades por transacción, ventas principales categorías, media de transacciones por vendedor, etc).
- Identificación de problemas y áreas de oportunidad en el stand. Implementación de programas formativos en el stand
- Venta real.
- Motivación y desarrollo de las habilidades de los vendedores.
- Desarrollar a las personas de la marca hasta alcanzar su máximo potencial guiándoles e ideando programas de desarrollo personalizados para alcanzar los objetivos previstos.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las directrices en cuanto imagen de la marca.
- Trabajar coordinadamente con el resto de los departamentos.
- Proporcionar feedback al personal para que se logre la consecución de los objetivos.
- Preparación y desarrollo acciones de dinamización de la venta en los pdv.
- Colaborar en la estrategia e implementación de los diferentes canales digitales formativos.
- Virtual Selling & Social Media
- Preparar y presentar todas las acciones de Virtual selling, en sus diferentes formatos, que se organicen por las marcas
- Apoyo en diferentes proyectos de virtual selling, como Live-Chat, Chatbot, WhatsApp, etc.
- Identificar oportunidades digitales asegurando el liderazgo de la marca
- Participar, asistir y organizar actividades en SM, desde publicaciones hasta sesiones en vivo.
- Ser prescriptor de la marca: generar contenido digital para dar a conocer nuestros productos, así como para asesorar a nuestros clientes.
- Fomentar la participación en SM de nuestros equipos, formando y asistiendo a los mismos.
- Administrative Tasks
- Manipulado de material, preparación de envíos y organización de todo lo necesario para la ejecución del curso.
- Preparación de contenidos, elaboración de presentaciones, y demás herramientas formativas.
- Recopilación de documentos para Fundación Estatal (Fundae)
- Organización de updates y formaciones (viajes, alojamientos, salas, catering, limpieza )

**Qualifications**

PERFIL PROFESIONAL:

- Alta habilidad para hablar en público, implementar las herramientas formativas y llevar al escenario real de la venta los seminarios y viceversa, tener capacidad de ejecutar en aula la realidad del mostrador.
- Importantes habilidades de herramientas de presentación, claridad y síntesis del mensaje.
- Identificar y desarrollar las habilidades y necesidades formativas de otros.
- Facilidad para establecer una buena comunicación y relación con el personal de ventas, trabajando como soporte para dar respuesta a sus requerimientos en el área de formación.
- Gran motivación de aprendizaje continuo y desarrollo personal.
- Facilidad para establecer relaciones con los demás.
- Flexibilidad frente al cambio.
- Trabajo en equipo.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência de más de 4 años en el sector cosmético/perfumería.
- Se valorará positivamente experiência previa en formación/comunicación etc.
- Conocimiento a nível usuario de ofimática (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Inglés. Nível alto
- Residencia en Madrid.
- Total disponibilidad para viajar (80%).
