**Maintenance Coordinator**

We're looking for a
**Maintenance Coordinator** to join our
**Operations team**.

**THE ROLE**

As a Maintenance Coordinator You Will
- Daily Team people management, around 15 techs by Shift.
- Ensure daily BDA and POS.
- Ensure the best MTTR for each BD.
- Coordinate with shift leaders all the interventions in their Scope.
- Follow up the best performance of every line adapting the resources in the worst cases.
- Ensure safety rules of the plant.
- Prepare daily report of BD.
- Do the handover with the next shift to ensure the correct transfer of issues during the shift.
- Be active in the main BD of the plant.
- Escalate and follow the matrix reaction in 100% of the situations.
- Train new hiring and ensure the correct methodology.
- Direct work with technical process to ensure the NON recurrency.
- Ensure that procedures involve safe behaviors in technical operations.

**What you will bring**
- Education: Technical degree
- Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar position in the Industrial sector (pharmacy, food, cosmetics, automotive)
- English, high level written and spoken (mandatory)
