**Santander Back-Offices Globales Mayoristas (SBGM) **es una sociedad anónima, cuyo capital social es 100% propiedad del Banco Santander y se encuentra englobada dentro de la División de Santander Corporate & Investment Banking. SBGM fue creada con el objetivo de ser un centro de excelencia en la gestión de operaciones que requieren de un alto grado de especialización. Está dirigida a la ejecución de procesos especializados y proyectos corporativos de Negocios Globales: Mercados, Financiaciones, Banca Transaccional, Riesgos Mayorista, Intervención General, etc.

**¿QUÉ NECESITAMOS?**

Estamos buscando a alguien muy especial para trabajar en el departamento de Operaciones de FX/MM. Necesitamos a alguien que tenga la capacidad de realizar las tareas de manera ejecutiva, buscando soluciones a los problemas que surjan en el proceso con el objetivo de cumplir con los plazos establecidos. Te tiene que motivar la colaboración en equipo, ser tech friendly en un producto muy STP, y estar familiarizado con la comunicación abierta y formas ágiles de trabajar.

En este rol trabajarás con todos tus compañeros coordinándote con todas las áreas relacionadas con el objetivo **de procesar las operaciones de divisa que se cierran diariamente en la Tesorería, asegurando que se cumplen los estándares de calidad, mejorando el servicio a nuestros clientes y facilitando la contratación a nuestro Negocio.**

Los detalles claves del perfil que estamos buscando serían:

- Experiência en el ámbito de Operaciones en la parte de Mercados Financieros.
- Sólida formación financiera.
- Facilidad de trabajar en un entorno de mucha presión y muy cambiante.
- Capacidad de cuestionar las tareas y procesos buscando otras formas de hacer las cosas.
- Proactividad, haciendo que las cosas sucedan y no esperar a ello.

**¿QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO?**

Entre tus tareas estarían las siguientes:

- Procesamiento de todas las operaciones de FX en los sistemas operacionales del Banco (Calypso FX) buscando la calidad en nuestras tareas, reduciendo el riesgo operacional y facilitando así a Negocio la contratación de nuevas operaciones.
- Gestión de incidencias buscando su rápida resolución y ayudando a hacer un análisis de las mismas, proponiendo mejoras para evitar su reiteración.
- Colaboración con resto de áreas involucradas en el proceso para la consecución de los objetivos como ONE TEAM.
- Participación en Proyectos del área ayudando a conseguir los hitos marcados en cada uno de ellos.
- Colaborar con los Supervisores del área para levantar los principales riesgos de la operativa y trabajar conjuntamente en poner los controles necesarios que minimicen el riesgo operacional.

EXPERIENCIA
- Experiência de 3 años en el sector Bancario o derivados del mismo.

EDUCACIÓN
- Educación en Finanzas

HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS
- Inglés nível C1
