Solutia Life Siciences (división de recruitment de Solutia) especializados en perfiles técnicos y de middle management en sectores farmacéutico, biotech y medical devices.

Actualmente seleccionamos un/a**_ Ingeniero/a de proyectos_** para planta químico-farmacéutica situada en Lliçà.

**Misión**:
Diseñar, valorar, planificar y ejecutar nuevos proyectos. Realizar la puesta en marcha y la supervisión de las nuevas instalaciones de la planta.

**Funciones**:
Diseñar nuevos proyectos: estimación económica, gestión de compras y contratación de industriales.
- Petición de ofertas a proveedores para nuevas instalaciones.
- Estudio económico del proyecto.
- Realización de planos y esquemas en CAD para nuevos proyectos.

Planificación y supervisión de la instalación
- Supervisión de contratistas e instaladores.
- Gestión del aprovisionamiento de materiales necesarios para nuevas instalaciones.
- Cumplimiento de la planificación.

Realizar puestas en marcha de nuevas instalaciones.
- Consultar documentación y contactar con proveedores para la ejecución de las pruebas.
- Ejecución de pruebas y tests de puesta en marcha.
- Definir los recambios esenciales.

Colaborar en la realización de estudios de risk assessment.

Legalización de equipos.
- Promover la legalización de equipos e instalaciones donde sea aplicable.
- Revisar los proyectos de legalización.
- Contactar con empresas especializadas y con empresas de inspección y control homologadas por la administración.

Cualificación de instalaciones.
- Preparación de documentación as-built y cualificación.
- Ejecución de pruebas de cualificación.
- Realización de Controles de Cambios Técnicos.

Realización de tareas encargadas por el Director/a de Ingeniería y Mantenimiento de Lliçá.

**Se ofrece**:
Contrato indefinido.

Jornada completa de lunes a viernes.

**Requisitos**:
Grado en Ingeniería Industrial, preferiblemente especialidad en Química.

Inglés B2

Experiência en el diseño, montaje, puesta en marcha y mantenimiento de instalaciones en industria química o similar.

**Valorable**:
Cursos de mantenimiento industrial.

Cursos de instalaciones eléctricas y/o mecánicas.

Cursos de normativa GMP para APIs.

Cursos de prevención de riesgos laborales y medioambiente.

Office usuario y CAD.

Cursos de reglamentos de industria química.
