As the expansion of our charging infrastructure continues to grow, we are now hiring a **Project Manager** to continue developing the charging network in Spain. In your day-to-day activities you will work on market research, coordinating rollout projects and pitching our proposition for new opportunities. Let's power the future together
**Your Responsibilities \uD83D\uDE80**:
- Managing projects from start to finish
- Lead our charging project handling for the Spanish market
- Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive results
- Drive infrastructure projects including working with local sales and operation, executives and other product management team members
- Create new and optimize existing project management processes and implement new tools
- Mentor and share knowledge around project management best practices
- Request and manage subsidies and public funds for projects at national level, knowing the regulations of the different autonomies
- Be prepared to lead the project management department in the future
**Your Profile ✨**:
- At least two years of successful experience in project management for EV charging infrastructure and leading related project teams
- Solid experience working with public institutions
- Expert in Spanish EV Regulation
- Technical and process know-how in e-mobility / electrical infrastructure
- A make-it-happen attitude, helping the team to deliver on changing the world from combustion to electric
- Capacity to work both in English and Spanish languages, German is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convince others and drive solutions forward effectively
- Ability to self-organize in an environment of changing priorities; willingness to work on multiple tasks/content switching
