Lawyer Intern

**Mission**:
The Lawyer will provide legal support to the Headquarters Legal team in commercial contracts, compliance, and data privacy matters. As part of the Headquarters Legal team, you will work in close cooperation with the Legal Managers, the Privacy Office and the rest of the Legal and Compliance team. The portfolio of tasks and responsibilities will be broad, ranging from Contract Law, Data Privacy, Compliance and Legal operations.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Review and draft different kind of contracts.
- Draft, review and maintain precedent documents and templates.
- Support in drafting guidelines and policies.
- Provide support in privacy matters.
- Support internal processes operated by the Legal Team.
- Be part of projects aimed at further improving processes and efficiency of the Legal Team.
- To provide legal support for corporate housekeeping

**Education**:

- Law degree (last year) or Master student preferably in business/commercial law

**Specific Knowledge**:

- Good drafting skills and good communication capabilities - English fluent (oral and written) required.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and rigorous person.

- Ability to work largely autonomously with limited direct supervision.
