CRM & SALES
MR.AB es una marca de estilo de vida en pleno auge por lo que estamos ampliando el equipo y precisamos incorporar a un/a CRM Specialist para nuestro showroom en Madrid.Además, necesitamos que tenga un perfil de venta para atender a los clientes que vienen avisitarnos de manera presencial en el showroom.
La interacción consiste en saber acoger y comunicarse con el cliente de forma amable ygentil en todos los canales de venta, creando una relación que refleje los valores de la marca y que aumente el deseo de volver.
**Tus funciones principales serán**:
- Creación de comunicaciones de las novedades, captación de clientes y promocionar y vender productos identificando las necesidades de los clientes ofreciendo un excelente servicio de acuerdo a los valores de la marca.
- Creación de workflows, análisis, repoting y KPIS.
- Trabajar en colaboración con equipos de marketing y negocio para alinear la estrategia del CRM con los objetivos generales del negocio.
- Contribuir al desarrollo de estrategias centradas en el/la cliente/a para mejorar el compromiso y la satisfacción.
- En el showroom, como parte del equipo de ventas, aconsejarás a los clientes sobre el ajuste de los productos, darás consejos de estilo y opciones de tallas.
- Alcanzar los objetivos de venta, tanto en términos de volumen de ventas de la tienda como individuales, contribuyendo a su crecimiento.
En pocas palabras, formarás parte del equipo de performance de MR.AB y realizarás acciones para implementar la estrategia CRM y acelerar el crecimiento en las diferentes áreas de negocios.
¿Qué esperamos de ti?
- Formación en Marketing o similares.
- Experiência al menos de 3-5 años en un puesto similar.
- Conocimientos altos y experiência Hubspot o Zoho, HTML, reporting y análisis.
- Actitud proactiva y compromiso.
- Fuertes habilidades de venta, comunicación y alto nível de educación.
- Gran capacidad de trabajo en equipo.

- Contrato indefinido.
- Jornada completa.
- Horario con entrada 9:30h a 18:30h, y viernes intensivos de 8h a 15h.
