Sener is currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team at our Tres Cantos work center (Madrid).

Within Sener Aerospace and Defence, the Systems and GNC Area manages a wide portfolio of Space related projects as well as Robotics and Aeronautical projects in the Defence field.

We are looking for a Project Manager to coordinate technical projects in those fields, aiming to deliver the expect results in time and with the required quality. Excellent communication and organisation skills are required since the Project Manager will lead and manage the project team to run the project on a day-to-day basis, coordinate the activities with Clients and Partners and report to the operations board within the Company.

**What you will do**:
You will be responsible for management and technical coordination of projects for the Aerospace and Defense Industry. Specifically:

- Manage projects and ensure their execution in terms of scope, schedule and quality.
- Manage project risks, including the development of contingency and mitigation plans.
- Prepare and participate to project meetings and milestones.
- Prepare and contribute to management reports and other required project and reporting deliverables.
- Manage project administration and report on the status and advance of the project to the operations board in the Company.
- Liaison with programme management for those projects being part of a programme and related projects to ensure consistency.
- Interface with Clients and Partners.
- Prepare and follow-up proposals and bids for new projects.
- Participate in the negotiation of the contracts with Clients and Partners.
- Propose follow-up actions and recommendations for project evolution.

**What we expect from you**:

- Engineering Degree.
- At least 7 years of experience in the position offered.
- High level of English.
