Overview:
Note: This role is a maternity cover, between May 2023 - July 2024

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing IT Product Manager to oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing initiatives for our IT product line specifically around 1st party data acquisition, activation and marketing automation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Guide Marketing Automation tool development of new capabilities, new channels, feature enhancements, systematizations, design, campaign operations, governance, and execution of best practices across all core marketing channels
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and tactics to increase brand awareness, generate leads and support sales
- Guide Marketing Cloud strategy, development of new capabilities, new channels, feature enhancements, systematizations, design, campaign operations, governance, and execution of best practices across all core marketing channels
- Secure extensive and effective customer data integration in SFMC by partnering with CRM data architecture, analytics and business stakeholders.
- Responsible platform compliance in partnership with privacy, architecture, and operations. Keeping up-to-date with Data Protection laws and industry best practice, trends and standards.
- Develop and manage relationships with vendors and partners to ensure the timely delivery of marketing initiatives and assets
- Define and monitor key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, product management, or a related field.
- Specific Marketing automation platform knowledge: Marketing Automation solutions (SFMC preferred), CDP, CRM implementation, management and governance. Certification is an advantage
- Familiarity with systems integrations such as CRM, Content Management, eCommerce and Web Analytics (GA4 preferred).
- Knowledge of data architecture/schema, including relational data models and sql syntax, documentation of data models, and data flows.
- Proficiency in Power BI and the ability to build simple reports and dashboards for marketing preferred
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiar with Agile, Scrum framework
- Familiarity with concepts of European E-Privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
- Experience in managing product roadmaps, prioritizing features and defining requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
