- Use analytics to help Gartner Digital Market’s be the leading online resource for software buyers and sellers
- Develop and manage recurring reports and dashboards for internal customers
- Produce and present ad hoc analysis to support key business initiatives and guide strategic decisions
- Support data operations and data delivery as necessary to support internal customer needs
- Mine product review text to identify passages for new content production
- Conduct sentiment analysis for software products under consideration for new content creation
- Analyze product review data to identify products that meet criteria for inclusion in new research
- Assess the impact of new or changing methodologies on product selection criteria
- Evaluate the viability of expanding content selection methodologies to new categories, markets, etc.
- Work with technology and analytics partners to support the automation of data operations tasks

**What you will bring to the team**:

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data science or similar role
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience using SQL within a relational database environment
- Degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics or another quantitative field preferred
- Basic understanding of data analysis tools and techniques required
- Experience working with cloud-based or traditional relational database systems a plus
- Experience working with web analytics tools a plus (Google Analytics, Omniture)
- Experience with business intelligence and data visualization systems a plus (Power BI, Tableau)
