**Front-end (React) Lead**

**100% Remote - Spain-based - **English and Spanish Required**

**What will make you successful in this position?**
- Have enough experience to have autonomy to carry out your work, mentor and lend a hand to your teammates and lead a team.
- Have experience working with React 18+ and in web projects based on AWS Lambda + Node + React.
- Have experience as a JavaScript Developer.
- Have Excellent knowledge of JavaScript with data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Have experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
- Have experience creating and maintaining reusable JS/CSS libraries and components.
- Have knowledge of functional and object-oriented programming principles,
- Have experience utilizing source control, continuous integration, and unit testing best practices.
- Have experience working cross-functionally to define and write code for new features across the team.
- Have experience ensuring the usage of best development optimization techniques within the project.
- Have knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress or Playwright.
- Have experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
- Have experience on one of the architecture models: Microservices, service-oriented, event-driven.
- Have experience using git flow, consuming web services (REST), in microservices, dealing with CI/CD.
- Have experience or knowledge about Microfrontends.
