Exciting opportunity for a friendly, organized and efficient School Secretary to join our team We are seeking an individual who is committed to supporting the smooth running of our school and providing excellent administrative assistance to our staff, pupils and parents.

Job Specification:
As our School Secretary, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including:

- Managing student and staff records, maintaining files, and updating school databases
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events as requested by staff and management
- Greeting parents and directing them to the appropriate staff member or department
- Answering questions and providing information about school policies, procedures, and activities
- Helping parents to complete registration forms and other paperwork
- Listening to and addressing parents' concerns and issues, and escalating them to the relevant staff member if necessary
- Providing a welcoming and supportive environment for parents and families
- You will play an important role in fostering positive relationships between the school and its families, and ensuring that parents feel heard, valued, and supported.
