**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a new team member to join as a Maintenance Engineer to Tetra Pak Iberia. In this position you will mainly work for the following areas**: Santander**_. _**Also, for the rest Spain, Portugal, Azores islands. Occasionally to Angola and Cape Verde.**
Our new colleague will be responsible for delivering high quality technical services and provide support to our customers ensuring that all issues are dealt with in the most effective and satisfactory way. This is an excellent opportunity to increase your knowledge and gain experience in the mechanics, electronics, and automation field by performing services on our clients’ sites. In this role you will have plenty of opportunity to visit and get to know all the major customers of Tetra Pak Iberia.
**The position requires extensive travelling, more than 90% of the time.**

**What you will do**:

- Install & commission of **Packaging Equipment** in our customers sites.
- Perform PLC and HMI programming.
- Perform** preventive and corrective maintenance** (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic).
- Perform troubleshooting and fault-finding services on site and by phone.
- Conduct production supervision and operator training at customer sites
- Establish and maintain a continuous positive relationship with customers including support and follow up on customers concerns and problems.

**We believe you have**:

- Bachelor’s degree or technical **Diploma in electronic or electro-mechanica**l engineering
- 1 year work experience in electro-mechanical & pneumatic industrial maintenance
- 1 year experience in **PLC, electrical and electronic systems **in general
- Programming skills on Siemens S7-300 / TIA portal is required.
- Automation knowledge in Rockwell and/or Beckhoff software in an advantage
- Ability to repair machines onsite.
- **Willing to travel extensively (more than 90% of time)**:

- **Fluent Spanish and a good command of English** (writing/reporting skills are essential)
- Portuguese is an advantage.
- **Driving license**:

- Good computer skills, strong knowledge of MS Office
- Proven understanding of Customer Satisfaction and business vision
- Ability to work in team and as well as individually.
- Customer oriented and result driven attitude.
