We are seeking a visionary and experienced Head of Data Science & AI. As a key player in the financial services industry, we are dedicated to leveraging cutting-edge technology to create new services and products to our clients, drive data-driven decision-making and enhance our service offerings. This role is pivotal in shaping our AI strategy and ensuring the successful implementation of data science initiatives across the organization.
**What You Will Do**:
- strategic leadership & collaboration: Define and execute AI and data science strategies aligned with company goals. Lead a team to deliver impactful solutions while working with cross-functional teams to identify AI integration opportunities
- innovation & performance optimization: Drive innovation by adopting cutting-edge AI technologies and industry trends. Implement metrics to measure AI initiatives' success and continuously improve processes and models
- customer focus: Engage with clients to create tailored AI solutions that address their needs and enhance satisfaction
- project management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives
**What You Bring**:
- education & experience: Advanced degree in a related field, 10+ years in data science/AI (5+ in leadership), preferably in financial services
- technical & strategic Expertise: Proficiency in machine learning, statistical modeling, and AI technologies. Strong strategic thinking skills to turn data insights into actionable business strategies
