Santander Consumer Finance Global Services **está buscando un/a **Production Governance TI **para nuestras oficinas en **Madrid **.**

**Santander Consumer Finance **Global Services **provee servicios y soluciones tecnológicas y de procesos al negocio de financiación al consumo del Grupo Santander (Santander Consumer Finance) cubriendo el end to end de la tecnología, desde el diseño de la arquitectura, gestión de la infraestructura, desarrollo e integración de aplicaciones propias y de terceros mantenimiento y soporte tecnológico y gestión de proyectos. Adicionalmente, proveemos servicios de consultoría de negocio, metodología y soporte funcional.

**QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO**

Como Production Governance TI, tu objetivo será la Gestión y Control del Gobierno TI sobre la infraestructura y servicios de Santander Consumer Finance, tanto en Cloud Pública como OnPremise, en las áreas de Obsolescencia, KPIs, Cumplimiento, Vulnerabilidades, Políticas, Reporting y Auditorias **.**

Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:

- Gestión de activos y servicios Obsoletos.
- Gestión de KPIs/KRIs de la infraestructura Consumer.
- Gestión de Vulnerabilidades y Riesgos Tecnológicos.
- Supervisión de Planes y Acciones mitigadoras.
- Reporting Ejecutivo de Gobierno para la alta Dirección.
- Escalado y Comunicación de acciones y eventos relevantes a la Dirección.
- Gestión de Políticas, Cumplimiento, Parcheado, Disponibilidad, Gestionabilidad y Ciclo de Vida.
- Gestión y Control de la infraestructura en CMDB.

EXPERIENCIA
- Experiência mínima de 3 años realizando funciones similares (IT Governance 360º, IT Project Manager, etc.).
- Experiência mínima de 3 años realizando funciones Asset Management (Compliance, Obsolescence, etc.).

EDUCACIÓN
- Formación en Ingeniería Técnica Informática de Gestión, Técnico Superior Informática o similar, o experiência laboral equitativa.
- Certificación ITIL Expert.
- Certificación ITIL Operación del Servicio.
- Certificación ITIL Estrategia del Servicio.

HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS
- Persona con autonomía y capacidad de organización.
- Perfil proactivo, con buena comunicación y polivalente.
- Capacidad de liderazgo y gestión.

- Deseable con experiência previa en el banco o en el entorno bancario Consumer
