**A little about us**:
Container xChange is the leading online platform for container logistics and operations. We simplify the logistics of global trade, making the processes surrounding the container as simple as the container itself by providing a neutral infrastructure for all logistics companies.
Our team of 170+ like-minded xChangees from 65+ nationalities has made this possible We have scaled far beyond the small start-up we once were and continue to disrupt the industry together.
**The Role**:
As a Junior Account Executive, your focus will be B2B sales of our SaaS platform, where you are responsible for the entire sales journey, from prospecting to closing deals. This includes finding new opportunities, conducting demos to present the xChange platform and leveraging your negotiation skills to close them as a new paying client for xChange. When a deal is closed, our Customer Success team handles the onboarding and helps make them successful with us.
As you will be targeting our US Market, you will need to be fluent in English and, ideally have experience working with American clients.
**Location**: This position requires you to work from Madrid, Spain as per US's time zone

- Identify and qualify new sales prospects
- Set up and conduct product demos to close new customers
- Collaborate with our marketing team to optimize lead qualification and customer approach
- Master Salesforce with our Sales Managers to track key insights throughout the sales process

What else is important for the role?
- Prior sales or business development experience: Ideally in B2B or SaaS or within a highly data-driven sales structure.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills: You can effectively qualify leads and bring them onboard.
- A strong desire to master container logistics and international trade: You are committed to continuous learning and improving your expertise.
- Fluency in English is a must: Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
