El puesto:
In the IT Infrastructures area, we are looking for a Systems Engineer for Distributed Platforms team, with high background on managing large infrastructures, specially focused on Linux/Unix and Virtualization (VMware) technologies.
**What your responsibilities will be**
**You will**:
- Acquire know-How and technical knowledge for all related Linux/Unix services
- Technical reference for the managed services and last technical escalation point
- In conjunction with Service Manager and Project Leader, define and implement Technical evolutive roadmap
- Continuously assess and define how to optimize and improve the global infrastructure
- Project analysis, design and implementation
- Evolve and define best practices, guidelines and standards
- Collaboration on cross projects and mostly implementation phase for strategic ones
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues, always with the aim of collaborate and achieve common goals

- Disaster Recovery
- Scripting: Bash, Ansible
- High knowledge of servers hardware: DELL Poweredge, HPE C7000, Superdome SDX, Synergy Frames, Enclosures
- Proven experience as an IT Engineer or Architect
- In-depth knowledge of Linux/Unix technologies and infrastructure best practices
- Basic knowledge of Networks, Security, Storage and Backup systems
