**WARRANTY PROJECT MANAGER**

Within the HVAC Division (Sales & Project), and depending on the responsible of the Project Management, the selected person will be in charge of the project management of projects in warranty phase.

**Functions**:

- Submission of FMIs (Field Modification Instructions) to the client and agreement on their approval.
- Coordination with customer and internal areas involved (Engineering, Quality, RS) on warranty problem follow-up, interventions to be carried out in a corrective / preventive manner, partially / completely, on the fleet in service.
- Planning of relevant FMIs for the project, control of costs and deadlines for interventions in the slots agreed with customer
- Delivery of materials needed for FMIs execution (order in SAP, shipment tracking, coordination with RS)
- Response to possible official customer claims, especially but not only related to systematic failures.
- Coordination with OE PM of warranty / reliability issues to ensure compliance with contractual agreements
- Control and communication of warranty end date for each equipment, before accepting a non-conformity by Quality, RS and Complaint Management
- Management of possible warranty extensions agreed for certain components/performance of the HVAC equipment, previously agreed with the customer.
- Coordination between RAMS and customer, in the reliability calculation (actual values in service versus contractually committed values).
- Discussion with the customer of possible charges for interventions under warranty on his part.
- Participation in the transfer process to RS once the guarantee has ended.
- General logístical tasks (common customer handling).
- General Project Risk Management, escalation and mitigation
- Initiation of correction actions for the elimination of the problem's re-arise.
- Follow-up the fulfilment and efficiency of the initiated improvement actions

**Requirements**:

- Training: Engineering Degree (Electrical or Mechanical)
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in similar position.
- Languages: High level of English
