**Job Overview**:
As a Sales Executive at Insijets, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by identifying and securing new clientele while nurturing existing relationships. You will be responsible for sourcing clients for our range of private jet charter services, collaborating closely with clients to understand their travel requirements, and delivering tailored solutions that exceed their expectations. This role offers a unique opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while representing a prestigious brand synonymous with luxury and excellence.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our services and effectively communicate our value propositions to potential clients.
- Selling our services to customers, representing the brand, and organizing flights.
- Engaging prospects to pinpoint the best offerings, make presentations, and maintaining customer relationships.
- Establishing a portfolio of clients, identifying new clients through cold calling, networking, and managing online enquiries
- Negotiating with leads and using persuasion techniques to overcome objections and landing deals that are beneficial to the company
- Building long term beneficial relationships with both clients and supplier
- Managing executive charter bookings from enquiry to completion
- Meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a results-driven approach to achieving individual and team objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
**Skills, Requirements and Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in B2B or B2C sales, preferably within the aviation, luxury travel, or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and overcome objections effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Can speak either English, French or German
- Proficiency in CRM software, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Must be open to work
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: 20,000.00€ - 30,000.00€ per year
