Desde la ingeniería P&PD, gestionamos el proceso de selección de un/a Ingeniero/a de Seguridad para incorporarse en el área de Certificación y Seguridad de una importante empresa del sector ferroviario en Valencia.

El/la ingeniero/a se responsabilizará de la gestión de los procesos de evaluación y análisis de riesgos (necesarios para la obtención de las autorizaciones de circulación) de vehículos ferroviarios destinados a operar en diferentes países europeos.
- Definición y seguimiento del Plan de Seguridad de los proyectos, teniendo en cuenta el Reglamento Europeo de Métodos Comunes de Seguridad (CSM-REA), la normativa EN 50126 así como la legislación y normativa aplicable específica de los diferentes países europeos en los que se desarrollen los proyectos.
- Elaboración y seguimiento del Registro de Peligros (Hazard Log) del proyecto: identificación de las amenazas aplicables al proyecto, evaluación de los riesgos asociados a dichas amenazas y definición de los requisitos de seguridad destinados a mitigar dichos riesgos.
- Comunicación y gestión con los grupos de ingeniería de diseño, ensayos tipo y Calidad para la correcta implementación de los requisitos de seguridad definidos en el Hazard Log.
- Seguimiento y control de la documentación remitida al Organismo Evaluador Independiente de la Seguridad (ISA o AsBo) y a las Agencias de Seguridad Ferroviaria (nacionales y europea).
- Revisión de los esquemas eléctricos y elaboración de los árboles de fallos (FTA) y/o FMECAs para la demostración de los níveles de integridad asociados a las funciones del vehículo con especial relevancia para la seguridad.

Habrá que interactuar con: Agencia Europea de Seguridad Ferroviaria y Agencias de Seguridad Ferroviaria Nacionales, Organismos Evaluadores Independientes de la Seguridad (ISA / AsBo), Proveedores, Clientes; Resto de grupos de ingeniería de diseño y

Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados:

- Titulación: Ingeniería técnica o superior (grado o master). Recomendado: ingenierías industrial, telecomunicaciones, aeronáutica - 3 años de experiência en gestión o análisis de la seguridad, bien en el sector ferroviario o en otros sectores. - Conocimientos de normativa relacionada con los procesos de gestión de la seguridad, bien los específicos ferroviarios (CSM-REA, EN 50126) o de otros sectores. - Nível alto de inglés, hablado y escrito. Se valorará nível alto de un segundo idioma hablado o escrito. - Conocimientos informáticos: nível usuario paquete Office. Se valorará conocimientos de DOORS
