Service Coordinator

We are looking for a service coordinator to join our team in Coslada.

Objectives of the position

You will be responsible for the management of contracts, materials and any services required by the customer, as well as the search for process improvements and new growth opportunities. You will be in direct contact with the various service and commercial teams reporting directly to the department manager. You will lead BBS reports (Technician Safety Audits), traveling to customers, distributors and field technician work areas located nationwide for conflict resolution, process improvements or any other issue that may require you.

Main Responsibilities
- Leadership of the coordination team and technical team.
- Customer management and conflict resolution.
- Service planning and technician management.
- Search for process improvements along with new business opportunities to increase the department's profitability.
- Management and reporting of safety audits to technicians.
- Management of daily KPI reports at national level.

Job Requirements
- Experience in customer management and management of technical teams in the industrial sector, as well as management of platforms such as Oracle or SAP.
- Fluent communication skills will be required both for contact within the team and external to the company.
- Minimum of VET is required and a degree in engineering and additional master's degree is an asset.
- Availability to travel frequently throughout the country is required.
- Knowledge of English is required.
