We at **PRONOVIAS GROUP**, Global leader in the Bridal industry with HQ in Barcelona, are currently looking for a talented and outstanding** Retail Operations Trainee** to join our **Retail Operations Team**.
- Management of queries and incidents related to Retail projects / processes by the store team, as well as follow up, to ensure that the store team has the necessary support.
- Support in business improvement projects
- Support in kpis analysis.
- Communication:

- General communication to stores
- Communication with other areas
- Transversal tasks area:

- Configuration booking tool
- Management of store schedules:

- Google my Business Platform
- Genesis Platform (call management)
- Support in the legal area coordination (conditional changes, etc.)
- IT coordination support (software implementations etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (C1 or higher), verbal and written. Other languages will be a plus.
- High level in the Office package (Excel, Powerpoint.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
