Our Finance team is growing and we are looking for a** FP&A Analyst** to work in our Headquarters in Barcelona supporting the Finance team on core activities such as financial analysis, planning, reporting and pricing.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintains the tools for an efficient planning and control activity.
- Prepares reports to the management team and other stakeholders.
- Maintain a consolidated view of the portfolio’s P&L, Cash Flow, BS and main KPIs.
- Develop models to project long term growth and determine the impacting business factors and KPIs.
- Analyze financial and operational results to better understand company performance.
- Utilize BI tools to delivery meaningful insights into business performance.
- Provide detailed analysis and commentary on revenue generation and cost center results.
- Reviewing operations and recommending new productivity or cost saving initiatives.
- Preparing business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions.
- Reviewing existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts.
- Tracking KPIs, develop and document standard operating processes and preparing financial reports.
- Performing research and analysis as required.
- Ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.
**Experience and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering required.
- At least 2 years of experience in FP&A; Financial Advisory Services; Investment Analysis; Consulting or similar.
- Experience in developing financial models in Excel (P&L, CF and BS).
- Spanish fluent and English Advanced will be a plus.
- Strong user of Excel and BI Tools.
