Reporting to the Chief digital Marketing & Communication officer, your main responsibilities will be:

- To set up the right brand positioning and aligned messaging with brand and company values.
- Defining a global plan with a storytelling and brand narrative around DeAgostini competitive advantages.
- Communication strategy definition for each of the product segments to engage with our different target audiences.
- Increase the brand awareness and value perception of our product portfolio.
- To ensure that voice & tone of the brand are consistent across all online and offline channels.
- To implement new brand and visual identity enhancing our brand equity.
- Overseeing on social media strategy, TV ads, content generation, PR and events contributing for the embedding of our brand throughout the world.
- To define and execute the international trade fairs program.
- Analyse consumer insights and develop guidelines to promote our “unique collectible” values across the customer journey. Conduct competitive research to identify our strengths and weaknesses.
- To manage communication budget.
- Department leadership and co-working with different areas for both definition and implementation (Marketing, D2C, Publishing, CVM and Digital Marketing.)

**_Requirements _**
- University degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Min. 7 years’ experience in a marketing or brand management role. (FMCG would be valuable).
- Portfolio of brand-building projects and driving re-branding transformation process will be valuable.
- Creative and compelling storyteller.
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
- Proactive and results driven.
- Customer Experience (CX) oriented and good understanding of consumer behaviour trends.
- Analytical minded, team player, effective communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Hardworking with initiative and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Fluent in Spanish and English languages.
- Used to work at international level.
