As the Promotions Coordinator, you'll be the driving force behind our exciting campaigns. Working closely with various teams including CRM, Design, Casino, Bingo, and Operations, you'll ensure the flawless delivery, approval, and implementation of campaign briefs, resulting in extraordinary experiences for our customers.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Plan and execute an engaging promotions calendar in collaboration with our retention and product teams
- Ensure timely delivery of assets and maintain the publication of promotions on our websites
- Become the go-to expert for promotions fulfilment, troubleshooting issues when needed
- Collaborate with data and technical teams to guarantee accurate and timely settlement of promotions
- Craft high-quality, customer-centric campaigns across multiple verticals.
- Continuously analyze performance to refine and enhance our campaigns.
- Assist in weekly campaign reporting and commercial analysis, providing insightful recommendations
- Work closely with the commercial team to optimize campaigns using a 'test and learn' approach
- Partner with the CRM team to deep dive into customer behaviour and value for precise targeting

**Qualifications**:
Technical skills and hands-on experience in as many of the following:

- Experience with CRM and/or promotions processes
- Team player and good stakeholder management abilities
- Inspires & demonstrates passion & pride in own work and drives excitement around shared goals, promoting an environment of achievement
- Aptitude to learn new technology and ways of working
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- A sense of humour and the ability to cheer on the team will be highly valued skills
