**Position Summary**:
Celestica, the Global Manufacturer of Electronical Components, is seeking an HR Intern to join our Human Resources team in Valencia. If you are passionate about people and would like to learn how our area contributes to the success of the organization, this is your opportunity.

As an HR Intern, you will have to provide assistance to our HR department in day to day operations and mid to long term projects. You will assist the HR Department in various tasks including recruitment, C&B, talent and performance management and employee learning and development. You will also assist in organizing and planning our HR approaches, policies, and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create reports on the HR-related process when required.
- Address queries and issues of workers when required.
- Assist the HR team in organizing career fairs and special events.
- Assist in implement of learning and development plans
- Assist in the recruitment and hiring of the necessary resources to support the production areas (Direct Labour).
- Collaborate in the On boarding/Induction process for new employees.
- Ensure all HR administration is processed accurately.
- Support compliance and governance of all HR processes and corporate policies and participate in audits.
- Support for employees queries in conjunction with Celestica Global Business Services.

**Core Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**:

- Basic understanding of labour relations with knowledge in labour law and Social security.
- Ability to manage sensitive employee information in a confidential manner.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to evaluate, diagnose and troubleshoot problems.
- Strong work ethics.
- Very good command of written & spoken English.

**Typical Experience/Education**:

- Degree in related field.
