- Our Spanish site in Falces (Navarra) with more than 100 employees, and forming part of Gurit (a Swiss multinational company in the renewable energy sector) performs machining tasks of polymeric structures with a clear sense of customer orientation.

**Descripción**
- Analysis of materials, Suppliers, and lead times.
- You will optimize supply: evaluating stock levels, supply risks and controlling delivery times
- Excel management
- Maintain and manage the necessary data at the KPI level for good management of the department.
- Reporting and control of the inventory.
- Support and assistance to other factories of the BU.
- Good communication and negotiation skills: CUSTOMER SERVICE

**Responsabilidades principales**
- Supply of materials: You will be responsible for ensuring supply from suppliers on time and quality.
- Calculation of needs according to orders, the forecast and delivery times of materials with the aim of guaranteeing supply, detecting possible deviations
and launching action plans to solve problems.
- Keep information related to Purchasing in the ERP continuously updated:

- Define procedures and identification of improvement points.
- Create POs in the system and track them.
- Resolve incidents.
- Database administration.
- Guarantee that the prices agreed with suppliers are those existing in the system.
- Inventory management
- Collaborate with the inventory of raw materials and auxiliary materials at the end of each month.
- Control of the stock level to detect deviations from the set objectives and establish action plans to correct them.
- Monitoring the quality and service of suppliers.
- Monitoring and analysis of costs.
- Monitoring of department objectives.

**Competencias y experiência**
- Strong Controlling skills in a manufacturing environment
- Strong IT skills, particularly Excel and ERP (D365) know-how
- Minimum experience of 2 years performing similar functions.
- Team player who involves, delegate and shows appreciation
- Able to review, support and develop an organization and to act as a mentor
- Problem-solving
- Time management
- Studies related to business administration or similar
- Spanish
- English
