**Company Overview**

**Core responsibilities**:
As Mechanical Team Leader based in Valls (Spain), you will take the lead on the delivery of multiple electro-mechanical programs for several customers. You will be leading Mechanical engineering team which may include one or several CAD designers based in Valls or in any other location around the world. You will be the interface with hardware engineering, Engineering Project leader, Manufacturing, Suppliers, Purchasing, Laboratory and customer for the mechanical topics. You will be in charge to capture mechanical requirements and to deliver accurate and robust design, documentation and execution, ensuring quality and cost targets are met.

**Key tasks**
- Lead mechanical design engineering team to develop an accurate and robust product which exceeds both customer and internal expectations.
- Taking responsibility of the project from mechanical point of view supporting Engineering Project Leader.
- Capture mechanical requirements, deploy them within the team and assure they are properly implemented in the design.
- Identify electrical circuitry and convert to physical features like mechanical connections, wire harness, connectors, and mechanical holders. Select and provide fuses, relays, and connectors to the mechanical designers for product integration.
- Support design team to find new technical solutions looking for the more cost-effective solutions.
- Being the interface for mechanical topics to other engineering disciplines, customer and suppliers for the development of current and future production products.
- Evaluate resources and timing of mechanical activities need to develop the product and the deliverables on time.

**To success in this role, you must have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical Engineering with mechanical background.
- Experience on product development as electrical or mechanical engineer. Electronics-Electrical mechanical integration is a plus.
- Knowledge of MS office suite.
- Knowledge of design tools, DFMEA, 6 sigma, FEA’s, CAD, CAE is welcome.
- Dynamic, team coordinator, proactive and communications skills.
- Fluent English.
