Your mission

Hello there and welcome to your new challenge here at Sungrow

**In liaison with the HR Generalist, you will**:

- Collaboration in different projects of the Human Resources department.
- HR support in a wide range of activities
- Personnel administration, administrative recurrent documentation, suppliers, approval processes, etc.
- Analysis of information and production of different standard and ad hoc reports.
- Create and analyze dashboards.
- Collaboration in different projects of the Human Resources department, locally and internationally.
- Local development of relationships with schools and universities
- Support and participation in job fairs logistics
- Eventually support the management of resources and even general affairs.
- Support in internal communication processes related to HR
- Support with the HRMS system

**Profile**:
All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role?
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in HR or equivalent background
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal as well as in writing, Mandarin is a plus
- You have good MS Office skills
- Need to be careful, patient, and responsible to do daily operational work
- You have the motivation to actively participate and contribute your knowledge
