**Mission**:
**Your responsibilities**:
- Develop new products, from concept to industrialization- Responsible of performance, quality, validation and cost of new products- Use SolidWorks to create 3D models and drawings- Work with a multidisciplinary team to bring products to market- Conduct laboratory and field tests to validate designs- Creation and monitoring of schedules in collaboration with Program Manager Office- Creation and monitoring of quality KPIs, FMEA and DVT in collaboration with Quality Department- Technical support for industrialization activity.**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following**:
- Master's degree in mechanical or industrial design engineering- Proved experience on plastic part design and plastics injection molding- 5+ years of experience in research and development departments- Strong understanding of mechanical design and analysis- Experience with SolidWorks or other CAD software- Knowledge of sealing and submerged or pressurized products is a plus- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Fluent in Spanish and English- Passion for excellence and end-user focus about usability and ergonomics**What we offer**:
