**Role and Responsibilities**

**Our client is looking for a property manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned residential properties.**

- **Manage all aspects of assigned properties.**
***:

- **Schedule and oversee maintenance contractors.**
***:

- **Maintain records of income, expenses, complaints, maintenance, etc.**
***:

- **Oversee MOTs of all vehicles**
***:

- **Assist the main residential property with general requests.**
***:

- **Manage all vehicles on property.**
***:

- **Technical abilities**
***:

- **Electrician**
***:

- **Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.**
***:

- **Any other duties reasonably requested by the Company/family from time to time.**

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**

- **Proven experience as a project/property manager**
***:

- **Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.**
***:

- **Prioritisation and time management skills**
***

- **Hard working, discreet and articulate.**

- **Must be bilingual (English & Spanish)**

- **Demonstrates a high level of autonomy, initiative, and independence.**
