- Buscamos personas con pasión por la consultoría e interés por crecer para un puesto de experto en temas de Compras. Personas que hayan destacado en sus funciones anteriores y busquen un nuevo reto. Entre las principales responsabilidades de la persona seleccionada se incluirán:
- Transformación estratégica de la función de Compras: diagnóstico y análisis mediante la identificación de mejoras de acuerdo con las mejores prácticas de mercado, y definición de planes de acción para su posterior implantación
- Análisis y diseño de las estrategias de compra por categoría
- Optimización, modernización y digitalización de los procesos de compra estratégica y operativa
- Incorporación de criterios ESG en los procesos de compra
- Incorporación de nuevas tecnologías para maximizar el valor que aporta la función de Compras
- Gestión de riesgos de compra, de terceras partes y de la cadena de suministro

**¿Qué necesitas saber?**
- 5-8 años de experiência, incluyendo un mínimo de 2 años de experiência en consultoría requerida.
- Experiência en el área de operaciones y compras, y en gestión de proyectos.
- Se valorará positivamente la certificación en CPIM, CSCP, CLTD o similar
- Se valorará positivamente la experiência en plataformas de compras (Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, GEP o Ivalua)
- Se valorará positivamente el conocimiento funcional y de procesos en sistemas de gestión (ERP), especialmente SAP
- Se valorará positivamente el conocimiento y experiência de los impactos de la ESG en los procesos de cadena de suministro
- Español e inglés fluido.
