Fuengirola er en by på Costa del Sol i det sydlige Spanien, kendt for sine sandstrande. Syd for byens centrum tårner det middelalderlige mauriske Sohail-slot sig over kysten og er vært for koncerter, festivaler og et middelaldermarked om sommeren. Fuengirola er fyldt med folk fra hele Norden der søger fest, og sol -gode muligheder for at møde nye søde mennesker.

**Jobbet**:
Udkald til kolde kunder(B2B) og lukkesalg for klinger(savklinger) til byggefirmaer. Efterhånden vil du begynde at videresælge til de kunder, de allerede har solgt til én gang, så du bygger mere ind i en kontostyringsrolle over tid. Den anden kunde er B2b salg af el-leverandør. Opkald på kolde kundeemner, der er taget fra en virksomhedsliste. Du skal være okay med udgående opkald med høj volumen og er godt hvis du har haft et lignende job før, dog ikke et must.

**Vi leder efter dig som**:

- Er mindst 18 år gammel og har EU Pas
- Er flydende i dansk (tale og skrift) og har gode engelskkundskaber.
- Har grundlæggende computerfærdigheder
- Er serviceorienteret, professionel og grundig, men også ansvarlig, målrettet, god til at håndtere stress og kan lide at nå i mål med KPIér
- Er fleksibel, tilgængelig og klar til at arbejde her i mindst 12 måneder

**Om arbejdet**:

- Du skal ikke være bange for at lave opkald og snakke med kunder der ikke kender produktet, interesseret i at arbejde i højt tempo og yde god service samtidig med at arbejde i et konkurrence styret miljø
- ‍ Arbejdstid: 8:30-16 mandag til Torsdag og 8-15 Fredag -intet weekend arbejde
- Du kommer til at arbejde med opstillede mål, hvor du blandt andet bliver vurderet på taletid og kundetilfredshed og selfølgelig antal lukkede salg.
