**Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning was established on October 1st, 2015 as a joint venture between Hitachi Appliances, Inc. (now Hitachi Global Life Solutions, Inc.) and Johnson Controls, Inc. Hitachi Appliances carved out and contributed its air conditioning business to the Joint Venture. Johnson Controls acquired a 60% stake of the carved-out business and Hitachi Global Life Solutions, Inc. continues as a 40% shareholder of this venture. With this joint venture, two rich, 100-year-old cultures and histories have come together to create one exciting new company, serving our combined customers with the most diverse product portfolio in the air conditioning industry. **GLOBAL BRANDING / DIGITAL AREA **MANAGER**

**What you will do**

Johnson Controls Hitachi is a B2B2C global company in the Heating & Cooling Business with 15k+ employees and around 3B$ revenue and strongly committed to lead the industry.

**How you will do it**

We are the Global Marketing department for Johnson Controls Hitachi and we design and manage the Global Marketing Strategy and supervise the deployment of it in all the countries for Hitachi Cooling & Heating products, HVAC sector.

Since it is a global position English is a must since is just a daily working tool. Being a corporate position, good negotiation and presentation skills would be highly appreciated. Excellent communication skills with different cultures is mandatory.

We are open to different backgrounds, but we actively look for a positive and dynamic attitude, with clear trend to understand and use new Marketing strategies and new ways of communication.

**What we are looking for**

We are looking for a Brand professional with strategic thinking and Digital knowledge. A talented free mind, but a strong team player, with the attitude of making things in a different way. Aspects that are desirable are experience in Global Brand/Digital projects, from brand platform creation and implementation in different touch points (on and off) to the creation of Global communication campaigns to raise awareness, consideration and evaluation of our products that finally will lead to sales.

We are looking for a team member with the attitude to be part of the evolution of the brand and not just control the implementation of it.

The team member we are looking for will be integrated in the Global Marketing Department, with responsibility over geographical areas, functions and projects. Will report directly to the Global Branding Marketing leader
