Stellar édite un logiciel SaaS permettant la gestion de toute la GRC (gouvernance, risques et conformité) relatif à la cybersécurité s'adresse à de nombreux secteurs : Santé, Small & Midsize Business (TPE, PME), commerce, industries, services, utilities et telecom.

Nous recherchons des nouveaux talents qui viendront compléter notre équipe dynamique dans nos bureaux de Barcelone

**Vos missions au quotidien**:

- Vous configurez et paramétrez l'outil non-code,
- Gérez le support des clients et interne de l'entreprise,
- Réalisez des démonstrations,
- Récoltez et mettez en place les besoins clients,
- Maintenez la documentation à jour et le e-learning,
- Rédigez les newsletters mensuelles avec les nouvelles fonctionnalités,
- Organisez des points mensuels avec notre partenaire,
- Réalisez et suivez les demandes d'évolution à notre partenaire,
- Assurez la bonne conformité et suivre les anomalies informatiques avec notre partenaire,
- Constituez les demandes de création des environnements,
- Mettez en place le paramétrage initial de l'outil,
- Assurez les ateliers pour la prise en main de l'outil pour les clients.

**Profil recherché**:

- Issu.e d’une Formation de type Bac+5 en Informatique,
- Justifiez d'une première expérience dans le métier,
- Profil fonctionnel et technique,
- Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et communicationnelles,
- Autonome, esprit d'initiative et créativité,
- Connaissances et compétences en sécurité, code et développement.
