La Posición

Global GTM Services is setting up a new arm of activities next to its current successful and growing business services, one of them is medical affairs services. For that reason, we are looking for 6 Scientific Communications Project Manager to be part of the first team of services in the medical field.

The Scientific Communications Project Manager provides support on the development and successful delivery of scientific publications, as well as medical information plans, in collaboration with the agency of record (AOR).

For that reason, we are looking for 6 Scientific Communications Project Manager to be part of the first team of services in the medical field.

The Scientific Communications Project Manager provides support on the development and successful delivery of scientific publications, as well as medical information plans, in collaboration with the agency of record (AOR).

Tareas y responsabilidades
- Management and execution of tactical plans as well as operational support for publications/medical information, which includes the development and/or management of publication/medical information tactics, planning, and coordination with agencies, tracking and managing timelines and progress, following up with internal/external stakeholders/agencies, and budget monitoring.
- Maintenance, interrogation, and analysis of the electronic databases. In order to ensure that these databases reach >95% compliance based on identified audit parameters as well as all external and internal processes, guidelines, regulations and requisites; serve as a liaison between BI personnel and external agencies to ensure adherence to compliance requirements.
- Development of author agreements/CDAs, managing reviews & releases, regular communications to cross-stakeholders on updates and/or alerts, etc.)
- Supporting training and onboarding for new hires within the department as well as new agencies

**Requisitos**:

- Bachelor's degree in science related careers (pharmacy, biology, chemistry, among others).
- Master’s degree in a Scientific Field with on top education in the area of Operations Management, Process Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Information Management or equivalent, would be highly valued.
- English fluent in written, reading, speaking. Spanish/ German or other language would be a plus, but not a must
- At least three years’ experience in Medical Information/Medical Publication Management/Medical Affairs.
- At least three years of proven success in Medical-/ Scientific Operations Management preferably in a Big Pharma, or publication agency working with Big Pharma
- Solid project management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Great interpersonal skills; able to forge trusting relationships within a diverse team
- Have a service-oriented and organized mindset
- High level of cultural awareness and sensitivity as well as customer centricity
