Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As part of our Future Talent program, we are looking for a recently graduated individual to join our HR Country Operations team in Spain reporting to the Head of HR Country Services Iberia. You will be working as a HR Associate and will have the opportunity to contribute for the delivery of HR Country Services in Spain to ensure operational compliance & Governance is in place. It’s a unique opportunity to learn and obtain hands-on experience in industrial relations, local benefits analysis, local rules and legislation, you will have the opportunity to work a dynamic and collaborative environment. What you will do
Participate in the review of local rewards strategy, policies and guidelines in the country including compensation review guidelines (and negotiations) and benefits programs, working closely with the HR Country Committee.
Collaborate with the labor relations strategy in the country. Facilitates conflict management between managers and employees and recommends corrective actions.
Advises local regulations and updates where appropriate for role. Ensures compliance with local regulations including regulatory requirements on HR core processes and over time compliance control and country specific regulatory training.
Foster company culture change - Drive DEI culture across the organization
Support local managers day to day people management activities.
Support payroll process by ensuring proper reporting, analysis, legal compliance of overtime and shift hours. Collaborate with SC Rewards team to deliver timely and accurate payment of overtime and factory specific allowances.
Participates in labor relations in cooperation with the Head of HR Country Services.
