ROLE AND DEPARTMENT
We are looking for a Industrialization IC Technician to join our Quality - Industrial Chemistry & industrialization department as part of a multifunctional team, reporting to the Industrial Chemistry & Industrialization Manager

MISSION Give technical support to production areas in quality topics and issues. Lead and collaborate in continuous improvement projects in the site. Ensure that all production areas operate according to established GMP and quality assurance system.

THE ROLE Attend to daily internal DDS meetings Follow up and update Quality KPI’s related to bulk and report them on time Discuss together with IC Manager about work improvements in the Industrial Chemistry Lab and about chemical quality issues on bulks. Lead department and site key projects and review status and commitments weekly Build and update industrialization documentation. Be involved in 5 why’s investigation of quality issues bulk when required and procure continuous improvement to reduce the quality issues. Review of formulas in SAP ensuring that all the parameters are ok for manufacturing. Review the current bulk manufacturing processes and cleaning processes in order to achieve cost reduction and optimize time manufacturing keeping constant the product quality. Support the plan in the industrial development of third-party manufacturers Prepare robust, consistent, and repetitive manufacturing processes to assure that RFT is accomplished and keeping them updated with the production day to day inputs. Update in the system and sent to production areas the instructions to rework non conform batches, and supervise the rework when required. Creation of exportation bulk, update data and recipe creation. Link template finished goods with bulks. Dydis to adjust the entry and outputs of new and old bulks. Biweekly elaboration of the alcohol memory. Fulfilment on Safety and Risk prevention as defined in the Company Preventive Plan for this specific job and according to the Safety Manual specific for the area. Be the backup for the Industrialization lab.assistant Other tasks by delegation of the IC Manager

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

**Essential**: Deeply understanding of cosmetic production processes, production equipment and cosmetic formulation. Used to work with scale up equipment. Knowledge of GMP rules, he must be very strong on TQM techniques, control chart analysis, process flowcharting, etcTo be updated in cosmetic equipment, technical guidance, analytical methodsTechnical (TPD/QA): Knowledge of QA guidelines. Production/engineering: Knowledge of bulk manufacturing and filling processes and machinery. Planning/Logistics/materials/NPD: Global vision of these areas with a deep understanding of the people’s working on it. Support (Controlling/HR/): Knowledge in Financials (FAT), SAP system knowledge

**Desirable**: Used to work in a multinational environment. Experience in luxury industry. Experience working with licensed brands.
