**Conocimientos y habilidades**:
Dominio avanzado de plataformas de publicidad digital: Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) y Google Ads (búsqueda, display, shopping, YouTube) y Conocimientos en LinkedIn Ads. Habilidad en la creación y optimización de campañas publicitarias, Conocimiento avanzado en segmentación de audiencias y remarketing. Capacidad para desarrollar estrategias de campañas basadas en análisis de datos y tendencias, Dominio de herramientas de medición y análisis de resultados como Google Analytics, Insights Facebook e Instagram, Hootsuite, SemRush. Excelentes habilidades de redacción persuasiva para la creación de anuncios atractivos y alineados con la identidad de marca, Capacidad para gestionar presupuestos publicitarios de manera eficiente, maximizando el ROI.

**Funciones**:
Creación, configuración y optimización de campañas en Meta Ads y Google Ads para alcanzar objetivos comerciales específicos. Monitorización y análisis continuo del rendimiento de las campañas (KPI’s) para optimizar el rendimiento, A/B testing en anuncios, revisión de landing pages para ads y estrategias de segmentación, Elaboración de estrategias de remarketing para la conversión de leads, Presentación de informes de rendimiento mensual y recomendaciones basadas en datos para la mejora de las campañas. Colaboración con equipos de contenido, diseño y ventas para asegurar que las campañas publicitarias estén alineadas con la estrategia general de marketing. Investigación continua de nuevas tendencias, actualizaciones de plataformas y análisis de la competencia.
