As education shifts to online and hybrid formats, we are aligned with universities’ needs to create and develop digital content for their postgraduate courses. We also offer higher education institutions marketing services for these programs, from strategic planning and the design of campaigns to effective launching on all relevant digital platforms. Our marketing efforts are targeted to a multicultural audience that spans six different languages.

Global Alumni is expanding, and to meet our growth objectives, we need to recruit a **Paid Media Acquisition Team Lead.**

**What duties and responsibilities will you have?**
- Lead **overall revenue responsibility **across a portfolio of Executive Education courses, with focus on overall user growth and working on growth loops
- Lead the **growth marketing strategy** and **performance marketing **across all channels to deliver on quarterly revenue and CAC targets for a portfolio of courses
- **Lead a team** of high potential and high impact growth marketing managers
- **Lead strategic projects**, and work with product and analytics teams to improve product experience and drive performance
- Work at the trifecta of data, performance and creative teams to maximize impact for the marketing campaigns
- Navigate cross functional relationships with Tech, Analytics product and creative teams to solve problems or to up performance of marketing campaigns

**Requirements**:
**What type of profile are we looking for?**
- ** Proficient level of Spanish** (C1/C2)
- **Advanced or proficient level of English **(C1/C2)
- University education (bachelor's degree)
- **Experience of more than 8 years** across growth marketing, with substantial experience across performance marketing
- Highly data driven and analytically very strong
- Have excellent understanding of channels like Google, Facebook and LinkedIn for performance marketing
- Experience leading a team of high growth individuales and leading quarterly OKR for the team
- Experience creating high business impact and working in high growth B2C start-ups in growth marketing and preferably in user growth functions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with great project management expertise
