Step into the world of energy trading as an Origination Intern at Axpo Iberia

**What you will do**:

- Identify and establish contact with potential developers and customers (upstream and downstream)
- Understand, initiate and follow-up negotiations of structured products and PPAs with current and new customers
- Support Senior Origination Team in structured negotiations
- Monitor and evaluate different risks derived from structured products and PPA
- Understand and analyze client’s needs as well as initiate structured solutions for different type of customers
- Maintain good relationships with clients (and potential clients) and keep open lines with them
- Coordinate with Middle Office and Back Office teams to solve different Front Office needs
- Monitor market and credit risks with a close coordination with Risk and Middle Office teams
- Supervise and solve issues regarding the entire lifecycle of sales (booking, metering, invoicing)

**What you bring & who you are**:

- You hold a University Degree in Engineering, Mathematic-based studies or Economics preferably (alternatives are not discarded either).
- Previous professional experience will be a plus but not is strictly necessary
- You are passionate about Energy markets, energy trading knowledge is considered an advantage
- You are a proactive team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to learn
- You possess strong communication and analytical skills combined with customer-centric attitude
- You are fluent in English and Spanish
