David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Finnish speaking Inside Sales Representative for their Málaga office.
Position: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Málaga, Spain
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Develop and maintain the relationship within the account
- Provide expert assistance to the list of clients and partners
- Create the business environment for sustained growth on the account
- Research new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts
- Maintain long term visibility of strategy, plans and competitor activity
- Prepare commercial and technical service proposals
- Focus on driving profitability through proactive management
- Execute and achieve sales KPIs
- Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales pipeline
- Timely response and resolution of incoming customer or partner calls.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Native/fluent in Finnish, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Previous experience in B2B sales environment
- Energetic and motivated self-starter, capable of achieving the targets set
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to emphasise and persuade
- Comfortable communicating using various channels (primarily telephone)
- Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in timely manner
- Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time
- Sales-oriented mindset.
