**Our opportunity**

Working with the country Coupa teams and global SMEs to develop and deploy improved operational performance across the S2P and Travel Operations spectrum. Work with established improvement forums to bolster the development of an effective continuous improvement community and support a pipeline of initiatives to deliver a frictionless, cost-effective end user experience.

**Your role**

**As a Head of Source to Pay & Travel Operations your main responsibilities will involve**
- As Coupa and Egencia Platform owner oversee BAU target operating model and the efficient interaction with IT and BUs via the agreed governance framework
- Act as the key point of contract for Coupa, Egencia, Genpact & AMEX account teams, fostering strategic partnerships
- Drive the digital procurement agenda in the areas of S2P & Travel Operations, assessing innovative solutions that deliver further automation and optimize the user experience
- Define the S2P & Travel Operations strategy with clear KPI´s to measure performance and effectiveness of the process at a Global and BU level
- Challenge the business and identify opportunities for improving business performance with a focus on end user experience and cost efficiency
- Lead process owners to identify, scope, design, resource and execute on specific S2P initiatives, ensuring business case realization
- Responsible to ensure that the initiatives drive measurable improvement resulting in value add to the business and the end user
- Facilitation of periodic strategy sessions to ensure successful outcome in addition to ensuring outcomes are in line with overall group strategy
- Maintain up to date documentation of the business architecture and standard operating processes
- Manages the KPI measurement of implemented solution and conducts route cause analysis if benefits not achieved
- Lead the ongoing roll-out of Coupa and Egencia ensuring core design is upheld and the solution continues to drive innovation in the area of S2P and Travel Operations
- Provide internal and external consultation in the area of S2P and Travel Operations

**Business Accountabilities**:

- Lead team of SME’s to deliver optimized S2P & Travel solutions to the BUs
- Deliver cost effective solutions in line with annual plan commitments
- Ensure team receive regular training to maintain up to date process and project/change management expertise
- Establish both short and mid-term (6 months - 2 years) strategies and implementation plans that will support BUs and Functions to deliver an optimal S2P & Travel solutions
- Propose investments to ensure objectives are achieved in line with the organization´s goals
- Lead in the development of policy /governance/ regulatory standards (working cross-functionally with the business, Risk, Legal, Tax etc.) in order to define the organization´s policy position
- Build strong customer relationships interfacing at senior levels with and across the business
- Review key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and advise senior management on the findings and recommend action to be taken
- Lead the development and delivery of training to increase awareness within S2P Operations of existing or new policies and procedures and platform functionality, to optimize performance and increase compliance

**Your Skills and Experience**

**As a Head of Source to Pay & Travel Operations your skills and qualifications will ideally include**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and Intermediate Experience.
- Recognized industry professional qualification.
- People management and leadership experience of leading teams of 5+ people.
- Experience of interfacing with and influencing senior managers and business stakeholders as well as leading relationships with vendors/suppliers.
- Deep and broad experience of working in sourcing or procurement roles and leading in a significant or complex area of expertise (e.g. across parts of the deal lifecycle or a strand of procurement operations).

Preferred
- Coupa experience across S2P modules
- Experience of managing Travel Operations and TMC partners
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt)
- CPA, CIMA or CIPS. Additional Education / Experience
- SAP expertise
