El Planificador de Producción es responsable de socializar el cronograma de órdenes de trabajo propuesto para obtener el consenso del departamento de producción antes del lanzamiento, gestionar el proceso de reprogramación cuando surgen problemas imprevistos y mantener el OTD del cliente como prioridad; además, control y seguimiento de las actividades de montaje. Este puesto se coordinará estrechamente con almacén, ingeniería, ensamblaje y calidad para garantizar que el cronograma se vuelva a encaminar al gestionar los cuellos de botella, priorizando el trabajo con los objetivos comerciales y las iniciativas estratégicas de las operaciones.
**Responsabilidades**:
Definición y seguimiento del plan de producción (montaje), convertir pedidos planificados en pedidos liberados de bombas y conjuntos de bombas; asegurando la adecuada coordinación con el Plan Maestro.
Cultivar y mantener proactivamente un alto nível de comunicación con Producción, materiales y planificación de producción, verificando e informando la disponibilidad de materiales para cumplir con los planes de producción.
Ejecute informes para las tasas de ejecución planificadas frente a las reales y brinde comentarios a la ingeniería de fabricación sobre los ajustes necesarios en el tiempo de enrutamiento.
Gestionar la liberación de órdenes de trabajo a fabricación.
Apoyar la entrega a tiempo según la fecha confirmada/cotizada y la confiabilidad del nível de servicio.
Informar semanalmente sobre el cumplimiento del cronograma y derivar los problemas a la gerencia a medida que surjan.
Gestionar la coordinación de cuellos de botella cuando sea necesario.
Se valorarán conocimientos de bombas/equipos rotativos o industriales.
Capacidad para automatizar y mejorar procesos internos.
**Requisitos**:
Idiomas: Español e Inglés - Como mínimo se valora cualquier otro idioma.
Licenciatura (o equivalente) preferiblemente en ingeniería mecánica, más de 2 años de experiência en tareas relevantes de planificación o industria.
Se requiere un alto nível de uso de Microsoft Office.
Se prefiere un alto nível de uso del sistema SAP ERP.
Se valorará conocimiento en herramientas de Big Data & Business Analytics.
Debe ser una persona activa y comprometida, fácil de comunicar y con ganas de aprender y formarse.
Debe tener buena adaptabilidad, flexibilidad.

Demostrar propiedad y responsabilidad por los planes y procesos de producción.
Manejo de MRP con SAP.
Excelentes habilidades organizativas.
Experiência en bombas o industria industrial es un plus.
Comprensión de la Fabricación (taller de mecanizado).
Conocimiento del Flujo de los Materiales en todo el Taller.
Atención demostrada al detalle y orientada a procesos.
Proactividad necesaria a la hora de buscar oportunidades para mejorar los procesos internos, con el fin de reducir los plazos de entrega y mejorar la eficiencia.
Estar a cargo de las órdenes de trabajo de producción en SAP. Encargado del análisis de órdenes de trabajo de montaje y proceso de liberación.
Espíritu de equipo para colaborar con todo el equipo de Pozuelo para cumplir con las expectativas del cliente.
Respetuoso, que entiende el punto de vista de los demás y está dispuesto a colaborar con los demás.
